We do not refund a deposit once the work has commenced as we need to pay for allocated human resources, purchase themes, designs, domain, etc. to get the work started. We invite you to read our Terms and Conditions here. We are open to allocating your deposit to your other projects subject to our discussion with you as a client.
Right of Cancellation for Emails and Website Hosting
In addition to our Returns & Refund Policy, you may cancel hosting by informing us that you will not renew it at the end of the term. You may also request to access cpanel credentials so that you may take back up and transfer it to your new host.
